DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment, Selection and Placement
- Responsible for recruitment of various manpower requirements for the different positions for local clients.
- Ensures that all manpower requirements are anticipated, sourced, and provided.
- Carries out different sourcing activities such as networking; site sourcing; posting ads in the internet, newspapers, and other mediums of disseminating information; attending various job fairs in school & universities, malls, and different social establishments.
