HR Officer - Dutch

We are looking for an enthusiastic, Dutch speaking HR Officer to join our Employee Relations team. Together with your ambitious and experienced team members, you will focus on our day-to-day HR administration and HR operations and will be involved with both process optimization and process execution. Moreover, you ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations and initiate and run projects that add to HR efficiency.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as a main point of contact for HR-related inquiries for all our employees and team leads;


• Responding to, and processing of, all incoming email in our HR-mailbox;


• Handle and process parental leave and other leave-related questions;


• Manage IND procedures for highly skilled migrants and occasionally assist with the 30% ruling.
