HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Employee Services team on a 6‑month contract. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast‑paced collaborative environment and help deliver high‑quality employee experiences across the MENA region. You’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, balancing high‑volume transactional work with opportunities to improve processes. Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, you’ll help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery aligned with local requirements and global standards.

This role will be based in our Dubai office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
