Descripción del puesto TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives. 
Cómo Debería Ser Tu Experiencia Dar soporte legal, estadístico y nominal de recursos humanos, así como establecer las medidas y/o actividades para enriquecer el compromiso del personal con la empresa. 
Requisitos Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o similar. 
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en posición similar. 
Idiomas: Inglés 50%. 
Competencias Técnicas Manejo del sistema TRESS. 
Dominio de MS Office (Excel intermedio). 
Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo y Seguro Social.
