WE ARE HIRING – HR / PAYROLL OFFICER (Filipino)

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR / Payroll Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Handle in-house HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, appraisals, and offboarding
• Process in-house payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor employee attendance and payroll records
• Prepare terminal benefits and final settlements
• Prepare and submit payroll through the WPS system
• Prepare leave plans and coordinate approvals
• Prepare and submit HR and payroll reports to management
