Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining HR systems and cloud-based platforms to ensure accurate processing of HR data and timely submission to management and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in managing HR functions, including compensation and benefits, group medical insurance, employee development, training plans, recruitment, work pass administration, and compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and reporting, with particular attention to overtime, allowances, and other variable payments.
- Address employee enquiries related to payroll, overtime, training, and other HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on changes in HR regulations and ensure compliance with requirements issued by MOM, CPF, and other relevant authorities.
