HR Process Management

• Map current HR workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined, automated solutions aligned with the existing HR systems.
• Ensure HR process design and documentation are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Define, document, and continuously improve HR processes – ensuring they are aligned with best practice.
• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of annual core HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Compensation Planning, External Reporting).
