About the Role

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Manager, HR Operations Transformation Lead to drive the HR workstream for a large-scale Scheme of Transfer impacting approximately 2,000 employees in Singapore. This is a hands-on delivery role covering end-to-end HR process execution, governance, risk/control alignment, stakeholder communications and reporting, ensuring transfers are completed accurately, on time, and in line with local regulatory and policy requirements.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations (Singapore, ASEAN, Australia and NZ), this is a high-visibility role requiring strong project management discipline combined with deep HR operations expertise.
