About The Role
HR Project Manager
Location: Walton-on-the-Hill, Tadworth. Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
Salary: £50,000 - dependant on experience (paid 4-weekly) + benefits
We are looking for an experienced HR ProjectManager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our people development initiatives.
Working closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment, you will identify skills gaps, strengthen succession pipelines and drive initiatives that enhance leadership capability and long-term workforce development. You will also play a key role in ensuring our business remains compliant with emerging employment legislation.
