We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 3 years of experience in residential facility management recruitment. The candidate should have experience in hiring for residential apartments, gated communities, and facility management operations.      

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for residential projects.
  
• Hire positions such as Facility Manager, MEP Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, STP Operator, Housekeeping Staff, Security, and Technicians.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field recruitment.
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  
• Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports.
  
• Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
  
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning.
