Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for leading ITES/BPO companies
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities
• Update candidate details in the ATS system
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
• Brief candidates about interview process and requirements
• Follow up with candidates till successful onboarding
