You will help ensure that job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, pre-boarding activities, and selected employer branding activities are delivered in a reliable, structured, and service-oriented manner.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues at Headquarters as well as with other SSC stakeholders. 
Responsibilites:
Support the drafting and publication of target-group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including multiposting.

Coordinate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.

Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including invitations, rejections, and ongoing communication.
