The HR Specialist, HR Services is responsible for managing the daily operations of Human Resources Shared Services and delivering efficient, high-quality HR support to employees and managers across the organization. This role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR inquiries, onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee HR inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems while providing timely and accurate support

Escalate complex HR issues to senior leadership when necessary

Coordinate onboarding activities and materials to ensure a smooth new hire experience

Prepare transfer and promotion documentation and support employee transitions

Manage offboarding activities and related documentation
