Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMPENSATION), Position Description Number T5032P01 and is part of the OH HRO HQ, National Guard. The purpose of the position is to provide support for recruitment and placement, military technician compatibility, permanent change of station moves, pay setting, recruitment/retention/relocation (3R) incentives, advanced in-hire rates, and reduction-in force actions. Responsibilities As a HR SPEC (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMPENSATION), GS-0201-9/11, you will perform the following duties: 1. Advises and supports State managers, supervisors, and the Human Resources Officer on recruitment and placement matters for a variety of professional, administrative, technical, and clerical occupations.
