About the Role

Richkey Properties is seeking an HR Specialist to support and execute core human resources operations across the business.

This role is focused on HR execution compliance and employee lifecycle management . The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR processes documentation coordination and policy implementation ensuring the business operates smoothly compliantly and consistently.

This is an operational HR role not a senior HR strategy or advisory position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding offboarding documentation)
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support recruitment coordination and hiring administration
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
