 :The Opportunity
The HR Analyst will be responsible for delivering seamless and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. The role primarily focuses on employee onboarding, employee connect and engagement programs, surveys and action planning, rewards & recognition, HR MIS, and supporting managers with workforce data, dashboards, and organization charts. This position requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and detail orientation. With necessary IT capabilities
How you’ll make an impact
Employee Onboarding: Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process from offer acceptance first 90 days
Share welcome emails, coordinate day zero activities for new joiners, ensure location orientation. Conduct HR induction location specifically.
Run 30‑60‑90 days check-ins, pulse surveys, and feedback discussions. Track new hire experience, early warning signals, and esc...
