Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and the HR department, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries and coordinating HR support for various business units.
  • Act as the promoter of HR policies and processes, ensuring the implementation and training of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management (including PIP), attendance and leave management, compensation, and employee benefits.
