Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR SSC
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- English required
