HR Systems Analyst

My client, a highly regarded UK law firm, is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join its HR team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract . This role can be based in either London or Cardiff and will play a key part in a wider transformation programme across HR systems and processes.

The firm is investing significantly in people technology and modernisation, and this position sits at the centre of that change. It offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative HR function while gaining hands‑on exposure to a large‑scale system implementation and optimisation.

The Role

The HR Systems Analyst will focus on supporting and enhancing the firm’s HR technology landscape, with particular emphasis on a newly implemented HR system (SuccessFactors) and its associated modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding.
