We are looking for Managers with expertise in HRT to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration

Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting

Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice

Coach and guide the team to deliver high quality deliverables to clients. These deliverables vary across RFX response...
