The role balances hands-on HR execution with business advisory, ensuring people strategies directly support operational goals, client commitments, and delivery excellence.
Qualification:
- 5–8 yrs HR experience
- 3–5 yrs BPO / Contact Center required
- Strategic + hands-on HR role
