 You will manage a team of five persons
 You will present the annual report to the HR Manager
 You will pay attention to the politic of recruitment
 You will assume the function of talent and career development
  Your Profile: 
 Master Degree is a must or equivalent experience
 Experience in the energy field is a great plus
 You are a Team-player
 You are aware of Details
 You are Proactive and always think ahead
 You are willing to take new challenges and you are not afraid to go out of your comfort zone
 You are a Problem-solver with analytical skills
 You are bilingual in French and Dutch
