About the Role
Index Exchange is looking for an HRBP Director to join our Toronto office and support our Engineering and Product teams.
You will operate at a strategic level, enabling and empowering leaders to own their people agenda while providing expert guidance on the moments that matter most.
Responsibilities
- Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product, aligning talent priorities with business goals to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Partner with globally distributed senior leaders (VP/C‑suite) to shape org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while also supporting them through people decisions and trade‑offs.
