Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry-specific HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
