HRIS Support & Functional Analyst    
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY  
The HRIS Support & Functional Analyst provides operational, technical and data support for HR systems. The role supports HRIS Product Owners in the delivery of technical solutions by executing approved changes, handling user support, and maintaining system stability. The position ensures accurate implementation, data updates and reliable system operations based on requests and priorities defined by HRIS Product Owners and HR stakeholders.  
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS  
Operational HRIS support and incident management (40%)  
Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HR systems. Manage incidents, service requests and user queries, perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and ensure timely resolution in line with agreed service levels.
