Hrsc Specialist

The Stellantis HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department.The position will process HR transaction requests from Stellantis facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system.The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines.
- Working knowledge of SOX principles.
- Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST.
- Workday experience required.
- PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. FCA facilities.
- Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate.
- Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing.
