Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist, with a focus in complex industrial buildings. They are looking to hire an HSE Advisor to join their team in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing and implementing the company’s health and safety policy to prevent injury, illness, damage, and wastage

Promoting the company’s health and safety policy and ensuring that employees are made aware

Carrying out regular safety inspections and recorded for all construction sites, with feedback provided to the project managers, Group HSE Director, and Project Director

Ensuring that identified issues from previous reports have been dealt with accordingly in a suitable timeframe

Reprimanding any member of staff failing to discharge their responsibilities with regards to health and safety
