The HSE Assistant will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across drilling operations, ensuring compliance with local laws, company policies, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HSE programs for drilling operations.

Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.

Provide support to rig crews during client-led safety inspections and audits.

Collect, analyze, and archive reports on incidents and near-misses.

Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis efforts.

Coordinate HSE training sessions and ensure training records are up to date.
