Overview
Develop and implement site-specific health, safety and environmental (HSE) plans for major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols in construction activities.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage and coordinate the permit-to-work system, ensuring all high-risk activities are properly assessed and controlled.
