Purpose of the Role
The HSE Intern supports the HSE team in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. The role focuses on learning, assisting with implementation of HSE practices, and raising awareness of safety standards across company premises.
Role Overview
Support the implementation of company HSE policies and procedures under the guidance of the HSE team.
Assist in ensuring safe working practices are followed within company premises.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Support routine inspections and daily walk-arounds to promote safety awareness and good housekeeping, especially on the shop floor.
Help track the condition and availability of safety equipment such as fire-fighting equipment, first aid kits, spill kits, and safety harnesses.
