HS&E Lead

You are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and can build effective relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss any potential problems.
• Help to ensure the adequate supply of safety equipment such as protective equipment, fire extinguishers, respirators, etc.
• Advise operations regarding Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
