Title: Health and Safety Manager – temporary, contract based, on‑site.

As a Health and Safety Manager, you will lead and coordinate health, safety, hygiene, and environmental programs across the plant.

• Lead health, safety, and hygiene initiatives within the plant to strengthen prevention practices and ensure compliance.
• Develop, update, and implement EHS policies, procedures, manuals, and protocols.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage contractor safety activities.
• Conduct regular inspections, verify safe conditions, and follow up on action plans.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and drills.
