Job Description Lead all health, safety, and environmental compliance activities across ITS and infrastructure project operations. 
Develop HSE procedures, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. 
Ensure compliance with ISO 4501, ISO 14001, RTA safety standards, and live traffic environment regulations. 
Monitor site safety for DMS/LCS installation, structural works, electrical activities, and fiber cabling operations.
