Position Details
The Classroom Lead Teacher works with our 1 and 2 year olds providing meaningful learning opportunities through play. The teacher plans and implements activities, provides comfort and guidance to children, and builds strong relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Childcare Coordinator, the Classroom Lead Teacher will:
Work with an assigned group of children while applying best practices for their care and development, including planning and implementing activities using Creative Curriculum.

Support and nurture each child’s development of self-esteem, trust, and growing independence.

Provide active supervision of children at all times.

Provide guidance, and leadership to classroom support staff.
