Job Description
The Human Factors discipline plays a critical role in enhancing safety and operational efficiency by ensuring that AHE products, services, and processes are designed with full consideration of human performance and limitations.
Mission
- Bring Human Factors expertise to complex and critical cockpit designs, technologies, and operational functions.
- Ensure human-centric design by minimizing the risk of error and maintaining acceptable workload across all flight phases.
- Supporting effective responses to both normal and abnormal situations.
- Enhancing pilot performance and flight deck usability.
- Improvement of safety and efficiency.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
