Human Resource Generalist & Payroll (Bilingual)

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist & Payroll in Guadalajara to lead our local people's operations and end-to-end payroll cycle.
This role requires a high level of technical proficiency in global HRIS and payroll platforms to ensure our team is paid accurately while maintaining strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
**Essential Functions**
- Administer end‐to‐end HR and payroll operations for ASMPT Mexico using ADP and Workday, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and employee data.
- Register new employees with IMSS, manage all affiliation movements, and prepare monthly IMSS (Social Security) reports for management review.
- Review, calculate, and coordinate employee termination and severance amounts (finiquitos and liquidations) in accordance with Mexican Federal Labor Law.
