Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, train and develop the human resources team in Mexico.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Mexico hourly and salaried teams ensuring that staffing needs are met according to company processes. Work with leadership to develop a workforce plan and ensure implementation
