About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic HR Director to partner closely with the Founder and CEO as a trusted advisor in shaping and executing the company’s people strategy. This role is critical in driving organizational transformation as we evolve into an AI-first company.

You will work directly with the leadership team (BOD) to build a high-performing, empowered, and globally scalable organization—where the right people are in the right roles, and each individual is enabled to create meaningful impact.
