Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee database to ensure accurate personnel records.
- Process payroll accurately and timely.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, extending employment offers, and facilitating onboarding to attract and retain talent.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce eligibility
- Managing medical insurance, mandatory health screenings, and workman injury compensation claims.
- Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements and submit on time.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career growth.
- Maintain leave records and follow up on submission of leave forms.
- Organize and or assist in company events arrangement.
