As part of SNDL, one of Canada's leading liquor and cannabis companies, the HR Administrator plays a vital role in reviewing employee data and ensuring accuracy using the HRIS system Workday. This position also includes supporting reports, problem-solving, and contributing to ad-hoc projects within the HR team while maintaining a keen focus on organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review employee paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Enter employee lifecycle data accurately in HRIS
• Draft and edit HR correspondence, reports, and procedures
• Build HR training materials for better efficiency
• Respond to general HR inquiries through email
Requirements:
• High school diploma, HR education is an asset
• 1-3 years of HR data entry experience
