Human Resources and Talent Manager

4 days per week in office – Toronto office

Working in collaboration with local and national teams, the HR & Talent Manager is responsible for managing the HR team in Toronto and supporting various national HR initiatives. The incumbent’s focus will be to provide HR support to both the practice and business services groups in Toronto and Ottawa, providing guidance to the team and being an escalation point as needed.

You Will Be Focusing On

• Act as a strategic HR business partner to support business services in the Toronto and Ottawa offices as well as the practice groups.
• Manage the Toronto HR team and support activities and processes including recruitment, onboarding and orientation, payroll, performance management, development, coaching, salary reviews, leaves and departures.
• Approve payroll activities for the Toronto office.
