As a strategic HR business partner, you are the primary HR Partner for your Business Unit. You co-design HR strategy, anticipate organizational transformations and drive change in direct alignment with Business strategy.

• Advise and challenge senior managers and leadership on organizational decisions, talent strategy, and performance
