Human Resources Director

Our well established client is seeking a seasoned HR Director to step in and provide leadership coverage during a planned leave. This role offers the opportunity to guide an established HR team, maintain continuity across core functions, and support several key initiatives over the second half of the year.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable leading from the front, providing executive-level communication, and flexing between strategic oversight and hands-on support as needed .

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee and support a multi-functional HR team (approx. 5 team members), ensuring alignment and coverage across responsibilities
