**Job summary**Director level HR Bid and Transition partner who will lead and manage the people solution in the bid phase and people transition in the increasing number of customer opportunities within the LATAM region.This role will serve as part of our global people focused organization strategically aligned to support sales and increased revenue utilizing customizable Human Resource people solutions.
