Human Resources Generalist - 2nd Shift

About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to administer and execute human resource programs and strategy. In this position, you will perform tasks related to compensation and benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, training, and employee engagement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of Human Resource experience or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and two years in the field. SHRM or PHR certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, unemployment hearings, leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and engagement surveys to support HR compliance and strategy.
