Human Resources Generalist

Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist:QualificationsBachelor's degree on Human Resources, or related area, preference a master's degree on Human Resources5+ years of experience working in Human Resources on the areas of:1) Labor relations and solving issues, Investigations of compliance2) Recruitment and onboarding of Salary positions3) Benefits and Compensation analysis, including and job pricing4) Performance and cycle Management5) Talent development, succession plans6) Training in soft skills, policies and HR proceduresBilingual, Spanish - English (Must)Experience in Manufacturing EnvironmentDesirable experience in TRESS systemDiscretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player.
