Human Resources Generalist

**Job Summary**
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting various HR initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace.

Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
- Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution in alignment with company policies.
