We're Hiring: HR Generalist – Hermosillo Operations (HMO) What You'll Do: ✨ Be the HR Connection: Serve as the primary HR liaison between employees, managers, Intugo HR, and our Corporate HR team in El Paso. Drive Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting, onboarding, new employee orientation, system access, and workforce planning. Own HR Data & Analytics: Maintain employee records in Workday, perform audits, analyze workforce trends, and deliver meaningful HR metrics that support business decisions.
