Required Skills
- Strong experience working with enterprise HR systems (Workday), including configuration and optimization of core people processes.
- Hands-on exposure to system reporting, integrations, and post-implementation support activities.
- Ability to manage end-to-end configuration, process improvements, and related documentation within complex environments.
- Familiarity with talent, rewards, compensation, or similar HR functional areas, with certifications considered a plus.
