Position Scope

The Human Resources Manager is a hands‑on generalist responsible for delivering full‑scope HR support for the day‑to‑day requirements of four (4) operating plants, supporting a workforce of approximately 150 full‑time employees. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, policy development and implementation, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with ESA standards and provincial regulations in Ontario. The position is designed for a proactive HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, non‑union manufacturing environment.
